Booking Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments.

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice.
  • A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. Please come prepared to pay the remaining balance (ATM runs are not allowed).
  • Clients are provided a 15 minute grace period after their scheduled arrival time. A $10 late fee applies after your grace period expires, which is due before being seated. If you have not arrived 30 minutes after your scheduled time your appointment will be canceled.
  • Deposits will not be applied to rescheduled appointments.
  • Most prices shown are for general looks only. Price adjustments may be made based on your personalized needs.
  • To keep everyone safe from the risk of COVID-19, all customers are required to wear a mask covering their mouth and nose during their visit, even if vaccinated. If you feel sick or believe you’ve been exposed to the virus, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.
  • Due to limited space and accommodations, only clients with appointments will be allowed into the salon; no friends or children will be admitted unless they are being serviced.
  • No-Shows will result in no future service.
  • The salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Disrespectful behavior and disregarding the shop rules will not be tolerated.
